Prior to founding Empire Emergency in 2006, Mike worked in the mechanical industry and specifically in the emergency vehicle field for more than 20 years. His pursuit of unwavering excellence has been the driving force behind Empire’s success. Mike is extremely proud of the dedicated team he’s developed, all focused on the common goal of delivering the highest level of products and service to Empire’s growing customer base. Through consistency, quality and staying on top of technological advances, Empire has risen to be an industry leader and innovator.
Mike will be the first to tell you that his greatest achievement is his family, which includes his wife and partner Kathleen, and their five children and five grandchildren.

Eric lives and breathes providing emergency solutions, both in his duties at Empire but also as the Chief of Hamburg’s Volunteer Fire Department. He understands what clients truly need to do their jobs and is happiest when he’s providing cost-effective strategies that deliver effective results.
In his role at Empire, Kyle has to keep his eye on the ball, managing inventory, special orders and deadlines. His technological skills and natural curiosity are a great combination, consistently providing the precise equipment and parts that customers rely on to protect and serve.

Listening to customers’ needs and over-delivering on the end result is what makes Dave tick. He takes great pride in providing highly customized fire apparatus to suit the specialized needs of fire departments large and small. He’s never met a problem that couldn’t be solved.

Empire’s customers have called his professional approach to problem solving “second to none,” and this family man finds the reward to a job well done is knowing he’s delivered superior products and service. And you might be surprised to know he relaxes behind the stove, and enjoys cooking in his spare time.

If Empire has a “McGyver-in-residence,” it’s Steve. With nearly forty years as a skilled mechanic, there’s nothing that he can’t fix. This father of three is highly trained and enjoys finding imaginative solutions to suit our clients’ needs.
As a fire lieutenant himself, Nick is passionate about the service firefighters and first responders provide to communities. At Empire, he’s appreciated for his organizational abilities and willingness to learn, as well as his deep sense of pride in the work he performs.

As a volunteer firefighter and father of two, Andy is acutely aware of the vital role rescue tools play in responding to emergencies with the best possible outcomes. At Empire, Andy makes sure clients are not only getting the highest quality rescue products possible, but also getting the most “bang for their buck.”

Quality is the key to Bob, who’s been working in the emergency apparatus industry for 15 years. His problem solving skills and ability to provide customized solutions keep Empire’s clients happy and provide Bob with personal satisfaction.
Brian is known for his attention to detail. At Empire, this college grad has been putting his mechanical skills to the test and delivering results to clients from around the country.
Ron has been in the mechanical field for more than three decades and his workmanship is second to none. A natural-born teacher, his co-workers and clients are consistently impressed by his attention to the details that distinguish Empire from the competition.
When you want it done right the first time, Mike’s the man for the job. His ability to navigate the most complex electronics leaves clients saying, “We can’t believe you did that!” Additionally, Mike’s ability to translate complicated systems into understandable language makes him a valuable member of our training team.
